Recommendation
That:
1. The Chief Executive Officer (Director City
Services) be advised that the Shoalhaven Local Transport Forum has reviewed
the proposed linemarking on Turley Avenue & Lynburn Avenue, Bomaderry as
per Plan No. D25/375843.
2. The
recommendation be approved by the Director City Services under delegated
authority from Shoalhaven City Council - refer MIN21.411

Services) be advised that the Shoalhaven Local Transport Forum has reviewed
the proposed linemarking on Turley Avenue & Lynburn Avenue, Bomaderry as
per Plan No. D25/375843.
2. The
recommendation be approved by the Director City Services under delegated
authority from Shoalhaven City Council - refer MIN21.411

That:
1. The Chief Executive Officer (Director City
Services) be advised that the Shoalhaven Local Transport Forum has reviewed
the proposed signage and line marking associated with the development (per
development consent condition(s) 27), as per Plan No. D25/376793. Subject to;
a. The kerb ramps comply with the requirements of
AS1428.1 2021
2. The
recommendation be approved by the Director City Services under delegated
authority from Shoalhaven City Council - refer MIN21.411

should be signage notifying east bound traffic on Queens Street of no right
turn/detour ahead.

Recommendation
That:
1. The Chief Executive Officer (Director City
Services) be advised that the Shoalhaven Local Transport Forum has reviewed
the proposed Berry Village Markets associated with the development
application (DA24/2065) at 140 Queen Street, Berry as per Traffic Management
Plan (TMP) and Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS) No. D25/337340 and D25/297392.
2. The
recommendation be approved by the Director City Services under delegated
authority from Shoalhaven City Council - refer MIN21.411

TF25.35 Huskisson - Run Husky
& AustBanners Triathlon Huskisson 2025 - (PN 3861)

Ms Heather Marshall TfNSW –
advised that consideration should be given to reduced speeds where there is traffic
contraflow.
It was further noted that there
are places where priority is given to cars, rather than racers, on the
following plans:
·
Page 95, Plan 18 – Staff advised that priority is given
to cars because it is driveway, but that they would reach out to the business
for feedback on the arrangement.
·
Page 87, Plan 10 – Staff advised that barriers will be
included to close off the entry.
·
Page 83, Plan 6 – Staff advised that the carpark in the
plan is dedicated for the event. TfNSW asked that it be monitored.

Recommendation
That:
1. The Chief Executive Officer (Director City
Services) be advised that the Shoalhaven Local Transport Forum has reviewed
the proposed traffic management plan (TMP) and associated traffic guidance
schemes (TGS) for the Run Husky & AustBanners Triathlon Huskisson 2025 as
per TMP No. D25/324500; subject to the following
a. Accurate address and contact information
(within TMP)
b. Signpost the following streets: Bayswater
Street, Berry Street, Montague Street and Susan Street with “Special
Event In Progress” the same as Church Street.
c. Plan TGS (SUN) to be updated to retain
50km/h segment of Woollamia Road.
2. The
recommendation be approved by the Director City Services under delegated
authority from Shoalhaven City Council - refer MIN21.411

That:

Services) be advised that the Shoalhaven Local Transport Forum has reviewed
the proposed traffic management plan (TMP) and associated traffic guidance
schemes (TGS) for the Run Husky & AustBanners Triathlon Huskisson 2025 as
per TMP No. D25/324500; subject to the following
a. Accurate address and contact information
(within TMP)
b. Signpost the following streets: Bayswater
Street, Berry Street, Montague Street and Susan Street with “Special
Event In Progress” the same as Church Street.
c. Plan TGS (SUN) to be updated to retain
50km/h segment of Woollamia Road.
d. Vehicle barriers being provided in Plan 10
to close vehicle access to boat ramp and remove need for runners to
“Give Way to Vehicles”.
e. Traffic contraflow locations being restricted
to 40km/hr.
2. The
recommendation be approved by the Director City Services under delegated
authority from Shoalhaven City Council - refer MIN21.411
