Note: Clr Boyd joined the meeting remotely, the time being 4:03pm. The Mayor thanked staff for preparing the report and provided context around the money spent on Christmas gifts, advising that in 2024 Manildra donated $11,000 specifically towards Christmas celebrations for the community, around half of which was spent in 2024, with the remaining amount for 2025. Staff noted that the Mayors Giving Box is reconciled separately to the rest of the Mayors Relief Fund, which accounts for the surplus remaining in the Mayors Giving Box. The Mayor further advised that during the month of September she will be writing to Manildra and other organisations in regard to the Mayors Giving Box for Christmas. |
