TC23.35     Huskisson - Little Husky Triathlon Festival 2023 (PN 3764)	HPERM Ref: D23/264145
Recommendation (Item to be determined under delegated authority) That 1.    The Chief Executive Officer (Director City Services) be advised that the Shoalhaven Traffic Committee has no objection to the proposed traffic management plan (TMP) and associated traffic guidance schemes (TGS) for the Huskisson Triathlon 2023 (as per D23/246153, D23/264156 and D23/264157), subject to the following: a.    The provision on a set-up / pack down schedule for road closures. b.    The provision of a copy of the information sent out to all event patrons advising of parking and travel arrangements for the event. c.    All legends being updated to be specific for each respective TGS. d.    The specification of signage dimensions or sizing codes (e.g. A, B, C, D) e.    The correct speed limits being shown on the TMP and TGS for Huskisson Road and Woollamia Road. 2.    The recommendation be approved by the Director City Services under delegated authority from Shoalhaven City Council - refer MIN21.411.

Recommendation (Item to be determined under delegated authority) That 1.    The Chief Executive Officer (Director City Services) be advised that the Shoalhaven Traffic Committee has no objection to the proposed traffic management plan (TMP) and associated traffic guidance schemes (TGS) for the TriCallala Triathlon Festival 2023 (as per D23/264465 and D23/264466), subject to the following: a.   The provision on a set-up / pack down schedule for road closures. b.   The provision of a copy of the information sent out to all event patrons advising of parking and travel arrangements for the event. c.   All legends being updated to be specific for each respective TGS. d.   The specification of signage dimensions or sizing codes (e.g. A, B, C, D) e.   The addition of the event date to the Variable Message Sign (VMS). 2.    The recommendation be approved by the Director City Services under delegated authority from Shoalhaven City Council - refer MIN21.411.
