RESOLVED (Clr Proudfoot / Clr Pakes) MIN21.59 That Council: 1. Amend the proposed submission on the draft Illawarra-Shoalhaven Regional Plan 2041 to strongly request the NSW Government’s commitment to advancing the Nowra-Bomaderry Bypass and identify a strategic corridor for the Bypass in the final Illawarra-Shoalhaven Regional Plan 2041. 2. Forward the amended submission on the draft Illawarra-Shoalhaven Regional Plan 2041 to the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. 3. Endorse the proposed submission on the proposed Illawarra-Shoalhaven Special Infrastructure Contribution Scheme and forward it to the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. 4. Advise other member councils of its intention to request inclusion of the Nowra-Bomaderry Bypass in the Illawarra-Shoalhaven Regional Plan 2041.
