Purpose / Summary
To seek the authority of Council to affix the Common Seal on the Plan of Consolidation Deposited Plan Administration Sheet for the Construction of an indoor sports centre at Bomaderry as required by the conditions of Development Consent RA15/1001.
Council resolve to affix the Common Seal of Council on the plan of consolidation of Lot 2 DP130891 and Lot 2 DP2886 Sec 2 as required by Condition Part D Section 47 of Development Consent RA15/1001 for the construction of the Indoor Sports Centre at Bomaderry, (copy of plan is shown in Attachment 1).

Options
1. Resolve as recommended.
Implications: Plan of Consolidation able to be lodged for registration through the LPI. The consent condition will be met and staff will be able to proceed with this stage of the works for Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre at Bomaderry.
2. Not resolve as recommended and provide further direction to staff.
Implications: Plan of Consolidation unable to be lodged for registration through the LPI and the consent condition will not be met.
Background
Development Consent RA15/1001, determined on 16 August 2016, provides for the construction of an indoor sports centre over Lot 2 DP130891 and Lot 2 DP2886 Sec 2 at Cambewarra Road, Bomaderry.
In accordance with the conditions of this consent (Part D Section 47 - see below) Lot 2 DP2886 Sec 2 and Lot 2 DP130891 must be consolidated into one allotment. The plan of consolidation is required to be executed under seal for lodgement through LPI.
“Lot Consolidation (Stage 2)
47. The site owner must through Land and Property Information (LPI) consolidated the development site (as described on the front page) into one allotment. This condition applies to Stage 2 of the approved development.”
